Hey there I have managed to import this nice cozy room from Rise of Tomb Raider. Beware that it is heavy on performance, even though I tried to optimize it the best I could. RTX2070 runs this map around 35 fps for comparison. The texture quality is super high with no compression so if you have issue with performance you might use Minervha app to downsize the texture quality, all the textures are in JPEG format.
