Use settings in Edit Mode, to change lightings; by default, just the emission lights are enabled. Collisions are set manually. Sometimes, some of them stop working, so you need to hide and unhide them all. You can also remove them and enable collisions directly in the User Mesh (but this may cause FPS drops).
